The God of Small Things…

 From the first wave, I knew I was experiencing something profound…bordering on divine.  I just added a new custom board, a 9’1”x 26”x 4” Kazuma, shaped by Matt Kinoshita to what is (finally) turning into an exceptional small rider’s quiver.  So why the God of Small things?  Matt, a master shaper and awe-inspiring surfer himself, has supplied Maui’s top groms with ripping shortboards for years (notably, some have grown to become Ian Walsh, Dusty Payne, Kai Barger etc). Having long built other’s boards for the stand up market, he has now applied his expertise, and added a little magic, to create a truly inspired little ripper for me.  I will post pictures and add a full review when my euphoria abates.
