   One of my Surfing co-workers who is  ''Anti Stand Up''   posted this funny pic on my Screen Saver and Desktop Background at work. I must say its pretty funny and  we had some laughs, but of course this means war...
     
 I thought how much everyone claims to loose weight doing Stand Up .  This pic shows  the result of doing StandUp 24/7 . I haven't cruised the net to see where he got this from, but I'll find it somewhere...
 
Maybe do a ''funny caption''   to a random pic. We will start here w/ this one. Let it all hang out.     When we get bored w/ this pic,   someone post another and we'll create a caption for that next pic..
