It looks like it's going to be a Death Match between the Striker and the new Angulo 9'8" x 31 3/4".
Welcome to the forum Mr. Wonderwart.

The Match is on Southwesterly!
I doubt the Angulo will measure up to the challenge.
You pick the spot and I will be there with my weapon!

my new pocket rocket is great catches everything and turns on a dime. im really impressed for a small board it rides great like a much bigger board. u can rip on it yet still run the nose which is weird on such a small board. u can do anything on this board. and im 200 lbs.

tautologies

They are awesome. Okay there are probably differences, but,

at 210lb (now less) the naish 7'9'' mana good stability side to side, super fast turning, light under your feet..can be nose ridden, early and late take offs, easy and light to carry easily fit inside my car..I can bring it to work and it doesn't take up too much space...my buddy lives in a apartment complex, he is actually starting out on this board at 170lb his first board he had no problems paddling it and he can carry it easily up for storage. Point is they make SUP a lot more accessible.

I wouldn't take them out in big surf, but it works very very well in ankle snappers to probably well overhead surf.
