Still waiting for the PSH container to arrive at Blueline.  Heard it's sometime after the 4th of July .  Patience...

Linter-I padded up the new Boardworks PSH 10' Wide aa last Saturday and took it up north for a surf. Problem was the waves were about knee high. I weigh 185 and the board was super stable for sure. I did catch about 5 small waves but could really only go in a straight line. It was fast but that's all I can tell you for now. Im gonna give it a good test this weekend with the south swell coming. Ill post photos if we get it good.

Hi Jim,
I was wondering whether you (or anyone else) has surfed the 10'WAA much since the above post and what you thought of it ?
Could you tell me the width of this board too ? - can't seem to find it anywhere ::)
thanks!
Jim

Thanks for the link Paddlejones, I hadn't thought to look there AND there's a photo too  8)

The 10'6" WAA is my favourite board, so I'm keen to hear more about the 10' and how it surfs, if anyone can offer a review...?

Well, since no one has chimed in on the new 10 waa, I'll comment on my experience with it so far.  But, this is my first board and I have only ridden one other board (an older Kites Etc. 10'6" x 28.5"), so my guess is this post will be of little value to most of you.  I am 150 lbs and 5'9".

I have had the board out set up as a 2+1.  When standing on the sweet spot, the board has very similar stability to the Kites Etc.  It seems to pivot easy enough for catching waves.  My first impression is that it does not have as much glide as I thought it might, but the 1'-2' waves were particularly weak, even for their small size, so it might have more than I think.  It definitely seems stable enough though for me to learn on though, which was my main goal.  Also glad that it turns easy to set up for a wave.  When surfing, feels like a boat, but I'm guessing most any SUP would feel like that to me as I have previously only surfed short boards and longboards.   Overall, I think it will serve me well.  I'll report back after I get more experience under my belt.
