Does anyone have the results?

I couldn't stay for the whole day, the awards were sometime around 5pm.  Billy Kho was crowned King & Diane Wenzel the Queen.  For the Men: Tom Lloy 1st, Dave Kalama 2nd, Brian Haag 3rd.

What a great day. Great crowd and perfect weather.  Got to me Dave Daum...thank's for the chair and shade for my Mom!  Dave Kalama had the pleasure of paddling with San-O resident "Fluffy" the great white, who seemed to approve of everyone having fun and sharing the water with him (her?).  Can't wait for the next one.

How was the surf... the Trestles event had good waves only a half mile up the beach- how was 'Patch?

The surf was small, but everyone had fun.  It was an awesome event.  I threw together some clips into a rough cut video so you can see the size of the waves.  I didn't have much footage, so I just used what I had.  Anyway, the event was a success and worth doing next year.  I know I've got some costume ideas.

 Looks "FUN" to me, Evan. Very contestable... If we had a Sup/Surf event over here on the east coast of Florida with waves like that, I'd say it was REAL FUN! Glad you guys had a good time...    Later,    JD
