Naish Mana 10'
« on: January 18, 2010, 09:20:56 PM »
Hey there everyone.  I am brand new to sup and am currently shopping for a board.  After days of research I am getting close to deciding on a Naish Mana 10'.  I am 5'7 and 140lbs.  This board is for the lake behind the boat or just cruising and to the beach for 1 to 2 ft faces.  Just looking for a nobrainer board to have fun on. What do you think?  I forgot to mention the board is 10 by 32" wide.

good choice thats what they were designed for

you are probably light enough for the 9-6 if you want more
surf progression at the expense of some stability

At that weight I would also consider the 9'5 mana.

These guys are on it, you could go with the 10'0 or the 9'5 Naish Mana and be perfectly
happy.

Lindiv,

Welcome to SUP.  YOu will love the Turtle.  I did alot of research and tried alot of boards and bought the Turtle.  I love it.  It is stable floats well and surfs great.  I let my wife try it once so now I own two.  She would not go back on her laird after trying my turtle.  Bought my son the smaller one and he loves it too.  So now we all flat water paddle, work out paddle and Paddle surf.  It is great.
