can someone help me with youtube??

when i create a video it looks great on my computer or as a DVDon the TV set...but whenever i upload it to youtube it always comes out blurry/grainy/junk...ive noticed this about a lot of other videos are junk like mine...but SOME like the standupzone homepage video is REALLY CLEAR....how the heck did you do that?!?!?!

also how do you make it into a little youtube TV screen with the playbutton in the middle?

Are you using software to edit?  If so what program?

i got a panasonic handheld DV camcorder...the little cheap one and i use Windows Movie Maker that i think came with the computer or i downloaded it for free...maybe ill try a more sophisticated software...next time

Got it. 

The key is to get the video into the correct format before uploading to to youtube.  Even though they will allow you to upload other formats and resolutions than those listed below, when they convert them, they will do a poor job, which creates that pixelization, motion jumps, etc.  The reason I asked about the software you use, is because each program allows different export settings. 

See if your software will allow the export settings below, if not, see if you can export a quicktime .mov file. 

MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format
640x480 resolution
MP3 audio
30 frames per second
