Looks like a fun paddle out! NC has been good, chest high side/offshore winds depending the spot.

oooof, linter's going to get you for that, dave!
meanwhile, one person was out at my go-to spot and that one person wasn't me, you got that right.  the big n beefy  guys didn't even go out there today, it was that cantankerous.  now at my other choice for today, 75 souls hogged the freaking lineup -- most of them from  CT MA and from your pt of origin, dave, that's right NY!  What the hell?  So me and my standup decided not to get in a big beef (esp in light of the wind) and stayed onshore.  the one uncrowded spot wasn't even head high, so, being dave-like, i decided the better part of valor was to stay warm.

damn you dave you got me all worked up now!

so tomorrow it is, dawn patrol, or, more likely, predawn patrol, to beat the freaking outoftowners, and with much less wind, but somewhat equal size, it ought to be a hoot.

see you in the lineup!

OaO ...

linter :D

Cape Cod is still all messed up.....
There is one place i know to go but, but that boat ain't running...

My only hope is tommorow...

Sounds like Cape Hatteras took it hard with flooding, erosion
Too many for the rack
Some in the shack
Some under decks
Some have straps

nantasket was head+ to OH...bumpy though...especially in the morning. Sore as hell tonight...serious workout just trying to stay vertical. Got some good ones though. I'll give you a yell if I head that way tomorrow.

Erik...Yea bro..looks like it worked for two days...FOR U
Today fun to a lil overhead....Some set waves were perfect long fast frieght train lefts..                                                                          Every once in a while a killer bomb set would break further outside..Got to take advantage of a few of em..Twas a two session day 4/3 fleece no gloves no booties but a great light neoprene cap..
Glad the cape broke for you Outcast..No fog here slight chill with the nw wind @17 mph..
I had a friend drive up from cape hatterass he said the coast there was unsurfable...  Dave

YOOO Erik.. I got a couple of TOOOBS too
