downwind tips: tides, winds, etc

A few questions for you experts out there.  How important is a rising tide when doing a run from Kahala to Kaimana?  I'm looking at this Saturday and it looks like the tides are falling until noon and then rising until 6pm.  Winds look good: 10-15 mph, and in the right direction.

I'd like to head out around 10am.  Should I wait until 3pm?
