Vid from my trip to the Scott’s Head event (Oz)
« on: June 30, 2023, 12:33:10 PM »
Last week I got to escape the cold wet and windy winter weather where I live (Melbourne) and traveled north to warmer weather and my plan was to visit Scott’s Head.. My timing was perfect because the local SUP club was having their yearly event there.. It’s a beautiful spot half way up the east coast of Australia and although there is usually good waves there this time of year it was pretty flat for most of the days I was there.. I only took a surfing SUP board and my foil board.. I also took my FoilDrive which is what I used everyday in the calm flat conditions.. We did have a couple of days of waves so my surf SUP board did get used.. I got some vid.. Mostly of the SUP race where I was able to film them racing while using my FoilDrive efoil set up.

Great to see another video from you on this site. I've missed seeing your videos on here. Maybe it is because I don't visit the Foil Zone forum on this site.

Those sup races looked nice. Glad to see them in your "neck of the woods" because where I surf and sup surf on the upper Texas coast on the Gulf of Mexico, I don't see any sup races.

Noticed your propeller on your efoil board. Came in real handy in those flat water conditions. I'm just curious. How long will your battery last before you need to recharge it?

Again, thanks for sharing your video on this site.

Thanks.. I get around 30-40 minutes depending on what foil I use.
