i weight 220 lbs, this is a fairly recent video of my riding on the RS 1000
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q613FkQW5O8So for me, this wing seemed like a high performance return to a classic gofoil style of turning. If you look at how Aguara and people like Dave Kalama ride they are very rooted in a classic surf style, leading with their upper body and using that to focus on really drawn out lines. This wing really reflects that.
I much prefer a style of riding where I stay upright and make the turn by countersteering with the foil to initiate a turn(kind of like Kane de Wilde's style of riding). This syle is benefited from a flatter profile (less anhedral) which is also where alot of modern wings are going for breach performance, etc. I think on this wing the anhedral in the tips makes it want to trip a little bit doing that, its just not to my liking.
