The Board Meeting
« on: June 03, 2022, 07:14:50 AM »
Sure is slow these days on the Sessions page. Oh well, sign of the times I guess. Things ain't what they used to be. Guess the interest in sup surfing is waning. I know my motivation to edit videos has!
Anyways, managed to finally edit some clips from May.
Stay stoked, Zoners.

btw- my YT channel went from about to 250 subs to ander 200 so aNY lIKES, COMMENTS, AND/OR SUBS IS MUCH APPRECIATED!

@ surfercook

I don't think the interest in sup surfing is waning. Take me for an example. I live 107 miles (one way) from Surfside and Quintana beaches on the upper Texas coast which are my favorite places to surf, both sup and prone.

At the price of gasoline right now (and keeps rising seemingly everyday), it does take a good bite out of my wallet since I have a 26 gallon fuel tank in my 2001 Silverado.

And as always, nice seeing you sup surfing and posting your videos here on the Zone. Your session looked real good from my point of view.

When I go surfing, whether sup or prone, for me it is all about having "fun".

Thanks for sharing the stoke dude! Good stuff.
I still enjoy sup surfing but my local spot had maybe 5 decent days since November of last year.
If the waves are not enough to keep my L41 Bruce Wayne well fed, I'm doing something else.
in progress...

Thanks for helping to stay stoked. While most seemed to have moved on to other forms of water fun, I think there is still an audience for old fashioned surf.

And as the Night Wing says, have fun, and that you were.

Nice sesh - I’ve been getting into foiling but still enjoy the Sup surfing. Our lake is barely warm enough to avoid wearing any sort of neoprene.
There’s always memories- be well 🤙

Thanx for all the replies. You guys are THE best! I have more footage on deck for another edit. Some blue green beauties from memorial day weekend up next!

Ben Gravy has nothing on you Marc!  Thanks for the stoke!
lol...well, he's like half my age, doesn't have a bum shoulder and is like 100x more motivated doing his blog. But I appreciate the sentiment, Bean. We need to do a sesh together SOON!

Holy mother of surf commutes. That's dedication!

Understandable. Minimal conditions are definitely hard to motivate a sesh.

And thanx for paying the stoke forward!

Well that link to the "Blue Lagoon" forever wave you tossed over sure looked warm!
