It certainly looks more refined and a nice upgrade. A lack of shorter fuse length options is my main bugbear with Gong stuff. It's a bit frustrating that having decided to develop a new short fuselage for the new longer stabs and offering an adapter for the old stabs, there is only one length of adapter.  They've developed extensions to make the V2 fuse longer, but seems no shorter V2 fuse option than the standard... Also still no shimming options but I kinda understand why...

The new  high AR (9-10) front foils should be released next week apparently, and they'll be interesting to see too.

Stabs is such a good name. So far I've only stabbed wings with mine, but there are endless opportunities.
Foote 10'4X34", SIC 17.5 V1 hollow and an EPS one in Hood River. Foote 9'0" x 31", L41 8'8", 18' Speedboard, etc. etc.

Can anyone speculate as to why they made the new mini-fuselage in both Aluminum and Titanium versions? What would be the advantage in Titanium? It's much more expensive, and weighs quite a bit more.

Hassle free foiling. The Ti fuse is drilled out, so quite a bit of the mass has been taken out.

I was under the impression they both were solid, In which case the titanium would be waaay stronger. A heavy jumper might want the extra strength.  But ether way the corrosion proof nature of titanium could be what some may want.  Leaving wings together for long time periods...

Personally I think if you land hard enough to break that aluminum fuselage, you should be thankful that that was all you broke.

Kind of eye opening that the new shape reduces drag as much as they claim. I've been hoping for this type fuse change. I ordered aluminium and 38cm + 45cm fluid.

Gong trying to suck me back in. (I just bought an Axis setup.) I'm digging this direction. Someone should buy my gear to learn on now that there's a path to HA.

I wonder what their new HA wings will bring to the game that the the Fluid tall doesn't. I think Patrice says 30% easier pumping but not sure what else to expect.

Their Fluid XXL H with a 122cm span and 1750cm seems very big for a HA. Maybe XXLH will be good for dock starting or wake stealing kind of thing. From what I gather it doesn't seem that they will start any easier in low wind...
