Morning Sorm Surf Session

Scored a few quality peelers this session. Shore break and paddle outs were quite challenging too!

One could go into a mall in Kansas and ask a teenager "What is a surfer looking for?, and the answer will always be, "The perfect wave"

I watched the video while eating lunch. You caught some good ones. Almost got covered up on one. I usually just tuck my paddle under my chest and prone paddle out when it's that rough. Not that it makes the beating any less, I just get out quicker that way. That being said, I'm never in water less than maybe 58 degrees. I've heard that too many duck dives in 40 degree water and the popsicle head turns to 'who am I'...  ;D
I'm still surfing too Cookie.
It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.

Nice SC! You certainly paid your dues to get a few nice waves.  I like using your paddle to lean the sup on, good idea.

What we do for love. The ‘will I make it out?’ days can yield rewards. Thanks
