Great video, even if you are already winging.

Notables for me
*Circular pump
*Weight shift on board pump (Climb, then down / accelerate)
*Timing in general
*Killer explanation on foil dynamics and speed

Good stuff and everyone in this forum would benefit from this I am guessing.

Best super light wind pumping onto foil I've seen online. I see loads of chat saying "I can get up in 6-8 knots" but this is the first video I've seen where I really believe it.

Technique is consistent with the first video but way more aggressive - look at the vertical extension of the arms upward!

The video is there. You just have to scroll down.  I'm not on Facebook either but had no trouble viewing it.  It's a bit out of focus. Probably taken with a cheap phone on full zoom.
