If you told me two years ago that foiling would progress to the point that guys are filming how to videos on selfie sticks while pumping I would have never believed you. Of course, I'm still struggling to pump after three years, but that tip he gave about moving your front foot back seems to be helping.

Really effective use of green screen.  I believed it was real until the 30 sec. mark!
