10' & 12' Hobie Mirage Eclipse review
« on: April 08, 2021, 08:34:52 AM »
We bought two of the Hobie elliptical boards. I can't stress enough how fragile these boards are. They are very fast but have there down sides too. Here is my review.

Those look more like paint chips. If you see EPS foam put tape over it right away and get it repaired or repair it yourself. Yes grass and shallow weeds can reap havoc. Toss you right over. I've pedaled a few Mirages Eclipes always in the open ocean, and never had a kelp or weed problem. The shaper of the board is a good friend of mine. Pono has one I think?

It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.
