Caution--Skating Polly is hazardous to Wings
« on: March 09, 2021, 10:54:32 PM »
I was listening to Skating Polly when I went through my 6M f-one wing today. I might have gotten a little carried away, but it was fun carving around to all that craziness right up until I sort of lost it. Sure did toast that bugger. I'll take it to Airtime when I get back to Hood River and see what they think, but it might be more of a tarp than a wing now.
Foote 10'4X34", SIC 17.5 V1 hollow and an EPS one in Hood River. Foote 9'0" x 31", L41 8'8", 18' Speedboard, etc. etc.

Thx for turning me onto this, I missed them. My wife will be a huge fan owing to her own riot grrrl musical past. (The Nerfherder song Annalee is about her, trivia fact.)

I suspect you will find the lower end of wing durability before most of us. But don’t sweat it, you can lower the inflation til it’s floppy and sell it as a new Dart prototype.

I literally laughed out loud when PB commented about this experience on the other thread. Kudos!!
