I just checked up on the company, Tactical USA. Very bad BBB reports. Possible scam/fraud. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

Google, “1080p action camera” these are all over for under $20. Just don’t support those guys. I get all those ads too.

There are tons of Shopify scams on the interweb. If you see a price that looks too good to be true, it probably is. Some of the clowns are getting smart enough to charge a price that looks possible but is significantly cheaper than normal--in the range of a black Friday discount. They collect the money and ship nothing.
