As of November 1, 2020, U.S. citizens from all 50 U.S. States and Washington, D.C. will be allowed to enter Costa Rica with the proper insurance and completed Health Pass (proof of a negative COVID-19 test no longer req'd).

You never hear..!? PR is off the radar. How's the infrastructure after an additional storm?

We thru them some paper towels, send in fake power contractors ...left water on the dock in the Sun and left. "Eh... they can't vote."
