Been spending a little more time getting comfortable on the 23” in chop and on bumps. 25 gusts this day I believe. Snapped this on a short break from running little laps upwind/downwind.

WOW! 23" has to be tough in that chop. Not my cup of tea!.
One could go into a mall in Kansas and ask a teenager "What is a surfer looking for?, and the answer will always be, "The perfect wave"

Thanks fellas!
It feels pretty sketch out there to me haha
I don’t join the guys on the 23” when it’s over 30MPH and they’re doing Point to points. There’s all this side chop in the bay that tries to knock you off when you’re riding bumps.  I did a point to point 6 miler on our bigger lake in 35+Winds; it was fun, but I went swimming a couple times. Would like to do less swimming in the winter  8). I might be picking up a 25” downtown, that should do the trick!
