Gelcoat on Jimmy Lwis Repair
« on: October 03, 2020, 04:14:33 PM »
I have a couple of small (about 1/2 CM dings where the white gelcoat (I think it is gelcoat) got removed. I can see intact carbon fiber layer underneath

What should i sue to hide these dings? They dont look structural of appear to leak...

But better safe than sorry.

It's not gelcoat, probably just paint. suck on it to make sure you don't have any leaks. If you don't a little spot putty to take out the ridges, a bit of sanding, and then paint it.

It’s made and sold by Google. Go to their site and type it in.

Sorry, I had to. ;)
