For me, the most interesting part of the interview came at 1:21:26 -- foil wing size and mast length.  I use a 70 cm. length mast at one spot due to limited water depth and a 90 cm. mast at another spot and the 90 cm. is a lot more fun --  fewer breaches giving me much longer runs and more time on foil to improve.
