glow in the dark foiling (Bioluminescence)
« on: September 12, 2020, 08:22:54 AM »
This is something we get in Florida in the summer.  It is basically just an algae bloom that when agitated glows.   Fun to fish in because it illuminates feeding fish.  Fun to run the boat next to sandbars and watch  small glow in the dark barreling waves.  Really neat watching dolphins surf in the boat waves when they glow.  These guys did some other fun stuff on the Lift Efoils.

NinjaTuna, Thanks for sharing. I like watching the bubble trails behind the foil/mast. I would imagine that if you were a foil designer, this type of view might be helpful. Some foils generate more bubbles/disturbance than others.
