That's a great review, thanks for posting. A buddy of mine is all charged up about getting the 5.5 HIPE as his full time SUP foil board, and I sent this to him to review before he pulls the trigger. Lots of good pros and cons, and it'll give him a good idea if the thinks it'll work for him in the surf or not.
Me: 6'1"/185...5'7" Kings Foil Board...6'0" Kings Foil Board...9'6" Bob Pearson "Laird Noserider"...9'6" Costa Azul Wide Body...14' Lahui Kai "Manta"...8'0" WaveStorm for when proning urges still hit, and 7'3" Chuck Glynn foil board backup.

Ya, 3S... that busiess about using 'house-spec' screws and 'We do not make mistakes' are two major mistakes. I still suspect they grudgingly sell into the States. We—the country—have certainly thrown enough shade their way in the near past.

.... 'remember that dumb-c'hit about 'Freedom Fries' and the 25% duties on a 'cultural backbone' - wine.  ...which was proposed to go to 100% this year.   Maybe they have a little 'tude.

Thanks for the review!! I have a 5’3” HIPE on the way along with a 9 m wing. Jamie has been a huge help in support.

Handle for the GONG inflato....   ' not sure is the bulk/drag is only visual but seems clearly easier to carry.
