Yep.. It looks like a scam. It's actually Amazon's Choice for a basic inflatable? https://www.amazon.com/Roc-Inflatable-Accessories-Backpack-Waterproof/product-reviews/B079FYRYDK/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_paging_btm_next_5?ie=UTF8&reviewerType=all_reviews&pageNumber=5
Lots of good and some bad reviews. It's still junk.
It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.

The ROC brand is genuine (rocpaddleboards dot com), the website linked above is not. Domain is 6 days old, address, phone number and email all lead to scammy sites and fraud. Can't comment on the ROC boards, but stay away from that website.

It's interesting just how much money is being made on the inflatables. Take this 10' ROC board with all the accessories. Alibaba sells them for around $100. ea. Probably less with a huge quantity. This 10' ROC is selling on Amazon for $599. Based on just the people who submitted reviews ( and some bought 2 boards) there were at least 3,000 sold. 3,000 x $600. = $1,800,000.
Less the cost the purchase from Alibaba $30,000. leaves $1,770,000. for potential profit. And that is just this one ROC board. Add all the inflatable sales and I can see it's a huge market. This is where the hardboard SUP's fail in profitability by a large margin. It's just too expensive to make hardboards.

Actually seems like a decent board from the Amazon reviews and their actual website. At 17.5 lbs it has to be one of the lightest out there, I'd consider it for my SUP 'n bike trips where I put my bike on the board, go downriver, and then put the board on the bike to ride back.  My current C4 iSUP is about 24 lbs and to shave off almost 7lbs would be nice.

Guys, Guys, it’s gotta be legit. Of course there is a Paddleboard shop in the  Fashion Show Mall on the Vegas strip. Makes total sense. Low rent, easy loading to UPS and they can demo in the Bellagio Fountains.

Not including Amazon's 15%, inbound and outbound shipping, duty, storage and handling, advertising, returns, warranty claims etc....

I'm sure. That's why I said potential profit. A lot of hands in the pot along the way. But still, a good size pot!

There are all kinds of products listed for sale on the web--mostly in Facebook ads, that are simply scams. They take a product video, add a Shopify site, offer a 1500 buck product for 99 bucks, and take your money. Goodbye. You get nothing. I wouldn't buy a bag of popcorn from a Shopify site.
Foote 10'4X34", SIC 17.5 V1 hollow and an EPS one in Hood River. Foote 9'0" x 31", L41 8'8", 18' Speedboard, etc. etc.
