Anybody partaking in this virtual sprint by APP World Tour on Instagram ?
If you're partaking, what speeds have you thrown down ?
I saw Danny Ching popped off a 11.6MPH/18.67km/hr which is wild!

I started SUP back in March and hadn't tried sprinting until today, but did a 8.7mph. I don't think I was doing it right because I got that on my 22nd try. Not sure how sprints are gauged in SUP, but in running if you're doing a true sprint, you ain't doing 22 of them! haha Fun anyways Gotta work on that technique.
