Back on Board--- done sitting!
« on: May 03, 2020, 09:08:57 AM »
They never banned surfing here or closed parking.
I stayed out to support the Medical Community.... but at 72 years old, sitting was taking it's toll on me.

So screw that, I'm saving myself now!

In before sunrise today... not a bad start  ;D ;D

ha ha, I could barely carry my board up the path to the car... I needed this!

While all three pics are wonderful...the bottom one really caught my attention, and looked especially inviting.

Go get 'em Creek!!

Go get em Rick! They're there for you. Socially distanced, super clean and a little off-shore.
It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.

Nice one Rick! Great looking waves. I mean get it while you can.

It's almost the same here in Santa Cruz. The ocean is open all day every day. The beach is closed from 11am to 5pm.

Creek, in the off chance that the CCBC happens this year I'm coming, and I'm bringing foils--enough for two. I do plan to get Bob up on one, but you too. Those waves are begging for them, and it's time for you to be a kook again. 72 is the perfect age to start--that's when I started.
Foote 10'4X34", SIC 17.5 V1 hollow and an EPS one in Hood River. Foote 9'0" x 31", L41 8'8", 18' Speedboard, etc. etc.

Nice stoking video. Thanks, really needed that after I do not now how long of a lockdown here.

The inactivity is tough. Actually the paddle specific moving.
