Florida Foil Spot?

I check Surfline and the cam of the day is in Florida, and I see this capper peak way outside of where the surfers are sitting.  No one on it, then I see jet skis playing on it, no foil tow ins.  I'm like what the heck, looks like a great foil peak, how come no one is on it?
