My daughter manages a few UCSF practices in SF ...and I never heard of this!?  Some geat c'hit.

My wife may need a knee.  She won't travel out there for it but has a lot more current info than from her years in the OR.  (a friend of hers in FL flew to Denver for stem cells for her knee ...spent a buncha $ ...and gained more weight.)
