GoFoil Pedestal Bolt Spacing

Could someone please share the bolt spacing on the GoFoil Pedestal? I'm wondering if other wings could be compatible; perhaps with light modifications.

I think you mean the tail pedestal.  If they don't match up you could machine a thin adapter plate and use the existing inserts on both wings.  You could also make your adapter adjust fuselage length and rear wing angle :)

The two screws of the tail pedestal have a 30mm spacing.

Yes, I meant the tail pedestal. I'm wondering if my Moses tail wings would work. They're also two bolt though mount differently. Just something to play with.

If your Moses is under-mount and the holes don't align you could machine a plate that extends just past the end of the GoFoil fuselage and under-mount it there.

I just ordered the new tail wing and thinking about fitting and trying other design tail wings on the Pedestal and see the differences. I like those tail wings with a tip though I'm Gofoil will have more new tail wings to come.

That sounds like a lot of work. Just did a quick measurement from a picture based on the bolt head size that Moses uses (M6, ~12mm) and it seems the distance between the two bolts holes on Moses is ~50mm. May not be able to measure my actual wings until next weekend but it definitely looks longer than 30mm.

 ;D  I guess I should have mentioned that I have a HarborFreight Mini Mill LOL that I've pretty much only used it as a drill press but have tried my hand at "machining" stuff and lets just say it was FAR from mediocre. I think a 3D printer would probably work better for this.

Basically I'm just being cheap on blowing another $300 on a tail wing that I don't need. I'm just interested in what my original wings would feel like with a faster tail. Spending $ at a machine shop to mount some wings that don't fit or might not even work wont help me with my cheapness.
