It looked like fun in the glass Ralph. I think you clear out the lineup. The sun has been blinding in the morning on those glassy rights. You takeoff, turn right and you're totally blinded. I've been going left just so I can see.
It's not overhead to me!

 Yes it’s fall and the sun is low on the horizon .
 Wearing the hat helps from the blinding light going right,
and paddling against the current moving to the north.

Had a great session this morning. 4 hours straight of glassy shoulder high fun. For about an hour I had a break all to myself. Must have been 40 to 50 waves. Even then it was only one or two other SUP's. Air temp 88 deg. water 68 deg. Trunk'd it and was hot! Got home and took a long nap :) Then did a major grind for a late lunch. I feel like I ran a good 10 miles.
It's not overhead to me!
