Just got my NAISH wing
« on: September 18, 2019, 07:04:42 PM »
Bigfoot came riding a unicorn with with a flying saucer somewhere overhead and delivered my NAISH wingsurfer.   SO yes they actually do exist.

It arrived at a shop that I had a deposit on today.  Went and picked it up and just got home.  All I did was unpack it and see what was in the box.  Pump, leash, small bag with manual and other assorted pump connections.  THe wing by itself in the bag is small. I will get photos and weights tomorrow if no one beats me to it. The wing looks like typical naish quality which I consider pretty good.

So yes they do exist..... ;D ;D

It’s a great wing.. So light and well made.

You can let it fly by itself and it will follow effortlessly unlike the heavier boom type that need to be held onto.

Gap between the center strut and canopy.  About 4 inches.

You can crimp off the centre strut once it’s inflated and when you deflate it you can roll up the two sides around the inflated central strut and wrap the wrist leash around it all.

This works great when used on a normal sup when you have your paddle attached to self rescue when the wind drops out you can hold it on the deck of your board between your ankles and paddle back so you don’t need to use the back pack.
