sup foil board dimensions

i looking to build a sup board for foiling.thinking about 7 ft x 32 x 4.i`m 195 lbs .already have a foil attached to one of my sup`s but it`s 10`6 and i`m having a tuff time .i`m just wondering about nose and tail dimensions as well as thickness and rail design .thanks for any help

I suggest beg borrow or "steal" a dedicated foil board, regardless of size I suspect you'll get a good baseline for what size will work for you.

I've noticed that once under 8ft volume is the dimension most likely to influence my foiling, as in less volume gives me trouble,  Also less weight always helps me.
