I'm sure they do!  Its very noticeable.  Top end speed therefore increases and after a test session behind my boat I realized I could control the extra large wing better at full speed than all of my smaller wings.  I feel the added washout becomes much more beneficial when wings are higher aspect rather than low aspect. This gives a lot more room on the wing to add twist(washout).  Who knows, when the right compromise between all these factors is reached, maybe we will only need one wing in our quiver.
