I'm sometimes a little slow understanding things like this. I have no idea what step 3 is supposed to mean.    :)

i was referring to the video, bean--not much pinning going on--more like repeated throwing around of the opponent, but where the thrower looks to be arranging his own concussions as well....

much prefer board impacts for my concussions--yikes---cant get myself to wear a helmet---it's weird--i wont ski or cycle without one---go figure
