And the political battle for “ownership” of SUP rolls on between two bodies, neither of which the people who actually SUP have any regard for. This is led by Money-grabbing tossers, and their impressionable SUPing enablers, who are seeking aporovsl from them like a neglected child seeks parental approbation.

I'm sure they'll be few sups will have a go at that prize money but its never enough and is that $50 for the 1st prize or divided to all competitors.

Wish I have the capital so I can create a world SUP organization.

That's hilarious TD. Thinking about it, you might be onto something here.

Instead of prize money, have celebrities donate personal items for winners.
using social media, winners can auction-off these items and make out like bandits
compared with what they would otherwise get.
