Mavic Pro lands on the Brooklyn Blowout Ramp
« on: March 13, 2019, 08:05:44 AM »
excellent piece of equipment--near new condition--flown 10 or 15 times--never crashed

had huge fun with it for a brief while--now bored with it, it gathers dust

possessions possess--help me dispossess

i wont expound on the product--easy enough to research--pm me if legit interested--ill figure out a price in the meantime

unsurprisingly i bot the upcharge accessorized version, with two extra batts, multi batt charger etc

cookie! i know youre no thief, but steal this thang--you'd put it to good use! since i love ya, and id want to see your work, id give you a good price--understand if it just aint your wheelhouse

i swear i am not a fence! nothing on the brooklyn ramp fell off a truck

That's what everyone in Crooklyn says.

The biggest problem with drones is that you have to want to shoot video, otherwise they are just a kind of clumsy, highly automated radio controlled aircraft with a short run time. I've spent a sad amount of time, effort, and money on them, only to discover that they no longer need me. Anyone can fly a Mavic Pro and never crash it. Anyone can shoot great video with it. The specifications are stuff we goofball drone enthusiasts dreamed of five years ago. No, I take that back, they go way past anything we considered possible. The reason there are far fewer hobbyist drone companies around is that DJI hit the ball so far out of the park that everyone else just stands there stunned.

agreed--it's an incredible piece of equipment for the money-i barely dug into the impressive programmable features--and it's super fun to fly around--and it's super fun to take aerial videos.............

about 10 or 20 times--that's why mine is on the blowout ramp

now for someone who likes filming, it wont gather dust at all--me? ramp it!

no walls in crooklyn--lotta fences tho!

My neighbor has one and uses it to scout routes while they are 4 wheeling in the desert. He'll fly it up a canyon to see if it's a dead end or passable. He's got some great footage of he and his friends crossing rivers and climbing over boulders. Cookie could show his wife how to fly it?
It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.

I was interested in getting one then thought I would do the same thing...play with it until I get bored then it would collect dust. Though I was browsing through some the other day. Maybe someday when I can no longer get on the water.

via a complex derivatives trade, involving a synthetic perpetual knockout swap, the drone had traded into the hands of our very own creek!

bet we all see some nice footage soon

sorry for the poorly run blowout this time

sold out til the next brooklyn blowout!
