Still waiting for decent swell here in S NE but I’ve had two seasons in very small waves. Can say in small stuff I didn’t like the quad setup, changed to a med size thruster setup like Creek is running and the board felt much better, but this said the waves were only waist high. Maybe round pin boards like thruster better then quads, I know my kiteboards are kinda like that, my squash tail boards love quads and my round pin board feels better running thruster. Kiting you get immediate feedback as your blasting along all of the time. I’m going to try a small 2 + 1, I have 6” center w/ 4” side bites. Anyways the board is sweet and I’m happy with it 100%.

We've seen your shoes, don't you think it's time we see the matching board as well ;)

RBgar-  whats the deal with the interesting placement of the FCS/Go Pro mount half way between the nose and Pad?  Can't say I have seen that on any production board-

love cool things like that on customs

I had a fcs plug mounted back about a 15” for a Cam, didn’t want it on the nose I case i needed to grab it to take it thru a wave, just thought it might get in the way all the way fwd. now that it’s there I’ll also use it for a place to tie booties too for those nasty rocky access spots, I have on spot near my house that’s a real toe buster.

After a few seasons now totally loving the board, so glad I didn’t go any thinner then 32”, great glide and stability with a sweet rail curve that really makes her turn like a dream that would have been hindered if I went thinner. It really surfs so we’ll and is so light under foot for a 12’ board, with the stability I just drop a foot back with twin quick paddles it spins to get waves and comes out going fwd, kinda like the old no paddle take off on a log. It likes the thruster fins, next I’m going to try a smallish 2+1 setup. Could not be happier

Small 2+1 seems to work pretty good, been messing around with med sides and a small trailer that works great in the small stuff!

Unfortunately we haven’t had any decent surf to give the fin setups a good running.

Sorry for the lack of posts but been working way to much and it’s been a flat summer with only a weak swell here and there. Anyways I’m off to Novi for a surf/kitesurf trip the beginning of Sept. I’ll be taking the Pt Break and 6’ Boss kitesurf, hopefully get something worth reporting! Cheers
