I talked to several photogs during a classic swell...
pretty tough conditions.
I don't know how they keep the expensive gear in good condition, and lens's clean.. the salt spray is everywhere!
Plus the surfers look like dots.... I don't know how they tell who all the players are.
I asked one and he said
"I know their style"
Shit... to me it looked like the same thin white line zipping across a massive wall.... wide stance, running for the shoulder.
Maybe the know the sleds.
I am making a video of the whole Nazare" experience, but everyday I seem to get more and more photos and video.... I getting helplessly lost in celluloid!
Bean:
Great Rick, now I'll be singing Celluloid Heros all day ;D
I wish my life was non-stop Hollywood movie show
A fantasy world of celluloid villains and heroes
Because celluloid heroes never feel any pain
And celluloid heroes never really die

And now you are spreading the love; it's like a yawn response. Making me feel old, also. I saw the Kinks on the Low Budget tour about 40 years ago. So now you can at least do a play list with Low Budget and maybe Superman. You're welcome... ;)
Bean:
Not a bad play list, and we owe it all to Creek.
