One could go into a mall in Kansas and ask a teenager "What is a surfer looking for?, and the answer will always be, "The perfect wave"

Oh Cookie!  That looked like fun!!!!  Beautiful Wx, sites, waves, music and friends.  Good stuff.

I can't wait to surf again without a hood, gloves, and booties.......in about 3 months.  :o ;D  But loving the crowds.....rather lack thereof!

Look forward to your SoCal video chapter 2-?

Fun video. I've never seen TDude in a wetsuit--it manages to make him look even bigger. Your video convinces me that SanO would be great to foil, you could beat those sections easily, and if you didn't, it wouldn't matter.

That was me on the longboard I wanted to share a wave with fellow LBI NJ wave rider. Was a beautiful day but man North County gets it so much better in the winter. Glad you scored Marc !

My wetsuit used to be black, but I guess I've spent a little too much time surfing the Nuc' break in front of San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station  ::)
It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.

I thought I posted this already but I couldn't find it. Anyway, same day, same waves at SanO from Cookie's video, but different perspective.

Very cool you guys are stoked on my Spot Checkin'! Muchos gracias, amigos! Sometimes I think my vids are just too "Cookie" cutter, no pun intended!
Beautiful Wx. Look forward to your SoCal video chapter 2-?
WhatsSup w/"Wx"?  :P

lol...TallDude, tall heart! There are two foilers in my vid. First one is the King's guy and the second in SanoSlatchSup. I would so love to put some time in on a foil there. WAY better break for foiling than my beachies here on LBI.

San O looked near perfect.  The kind of waves sups were designed for (Just dont tell that t the longboarder who you kinda snaked  ;D ;D ;D ;D
lol..that's capobeachboy. He lived right on my street here in NJ in the 70s. I didn't really know him well back then and would always see him quietly walking up to the beach w/the most beautiful Con Butterfly surfboard. Everytime I'd see him would think to myself, "That dude belongs in California". One day he broke that beautiful board in the shorebreak. It had a huge colorful butterfly on the deck. That memory is tattooed to my brain!

you've got the ss3 wired--impressive res on many of the shots
My luck w/that device has been remarkable throughout the yrs.

Fun video cook. was waiting for it. keep'em coming
Gettin' ready to load the next batch. Ramps, Beacon's, and Swamis!

Was a beautiful day but man North County gets it so much better in the winter. Glad you scored Marc !
I can only imagine how good it must get there at San O w/a solid OH swell. Those waves must peel off all the way to the pwr plant!

Looks like a great time! Thanks for sharing.  :D
Ur welcome, surfside. Can't say I remember you evr posting on any of my vids. It was indeed a good time. Probably one of the warmest and cleanest days I caught this trip.

Where's the snow? Oh Marc is in California!
lol....we got some here in Jersey now.

Really fun video Marc, thanks for doing this!

I love Zoner meet-ups.... it shows the value of this forum on a personal level, not simply as an information blog.

Yea, thanx Creek. The Standup Zone has definitely had a positive influence on my life. It's been amazing meeting the online users here and then in real life. It's a long list.
