Paddle size for downwind foil
« on: April 02, 2021, 11:00:37 PM »
I'm thinking about getting a bigger paddle to try downwind foil, or catching waves earlier. Mr Kalama seems to be going for 100 plus these days.
Any experiences or recommendations?

PD: I have a UV88 and it's not working for me at 183 kg.

Mr. Kalama is not actually human, though he appears to be so. If you can actually push a larger blade to the point of slip then bigger is better. But generally, humans can't.
