Yes, very expensive, but hopefully not so much in dollars but rather in time lost.   

Everyone is different for sure Eastie, but in my case, when my hips get out of whack, it's usually related to me failing to stretch my hamstrings after a paddle run or bike ride (or sitting on my ass in my office all day).   

In fact, I'm gonna stand up right now and do some light stretching... ;D
