I can relate to those small waves. I've seen lots of them on the upper Texas coast.

Thanks for sharing the video.

FRP:  Big (ah, Speedy) and I had a blast......really small but just one of those rare uncrowded days of goofing around.  I don't even know what processed me to do the "quasi" move.  A wave or two before I caught and decided to drop my paddle and did the move for the first time ever.  I remember chuckling as I did it and hoped Biggie would see it and give me some pointers or get a laugh or some such thing - he didn't.  It seemed funny to me so I decided to try it again and was in a position to yell to Big and say "watch this".  The clip in the vid is the second time I ever tried it and I did/do get a chuckle out of it.  Not sure it'll be a staple.....would like to pull it off up on the front of the board sometime.  8)

Happy B-Day to the Birthday Boys!!!!!  Many more trips around the sun!

Missed the first. Saw the second. We discussed the paddle problem. Looked very stylish to me!

Did you see mine?  Up on the nose..But not stylish.. Can't bend those trashed knees..

lol...Nice. That cross stepping was almost as cool as the extended Quasi! Very cool and entertaining.

I noticed an impact vest and waist leash. I nev tried a vest but did demo Wetstuff's waist leash. It's just too much gear. Dealing w/a paddle is enough for me!
One could go into a mall in Kansas and ask a teenager "What is a surfer looking for?, and the answer will always be, "The perfect wave"
