10' of fun on the Sunova Style
« on: December 28, 2018, 03:14:30 PM »
I had a blast on my 10 x 29" style last month. (235 lbs, at the time)
131 liters and a drawn in pintail make this a nice performance ride.

I kinda suck at noseriding frontside, so weak in this video...
I basically just run up front to fall over the back, as the wave closes out  ;D

For some reason I noseride much better backside..... then, this board is like cheating
(see my vid "Sunova Style on the nose")

Some nice easy sup surfing. I first spotted this video on the Seabreeze site last month. Good to see you posted it here on the Zone.

Thanks for sharing this "longboard" sup surfing video. I'll have to admit. I'm a closet longboarder.
Blue Planet Duke: 10'5" x 32" x 4.5" @ 190 Liters (2 Dukes)
Sup Sports Hammer: 8'11" x 31" x 4" @ 140 Liters
SUP Sports One World: 11'1" x 30" x 4.5" @ 173 Liters
CJ Nelson Parallax: 9'3" x 23 1/2" x 3 3/16" @ 78.8 Liters (prone surfing longboard; Thunderbolt Technologies build in Red construction)

Thanks Nightflyer, it's always fun to ride a longboard!

Going to miss having one on my trip to Portugal.

Creek, good luck on your Portuguese Wave winter.  I like the Style.  Actually Tim was nose riding his 10 Foot Style all morning today before switching back to his all time favorite 8.10 Steeze. We were at the spot we took you at the Jetties. We need to film him and Ben.  They have a great longboard style.  Both of them run to the nose with STYLE.
