Foiling has a way of reminding you about muscles you forgot you had. I’m always surprised how sore my feet get after a weekend of foiling. Have fun out there!!!  Post up some pictures when you’re done.

I think I paddle 3x as hard/long foiling than I ever did SUP surfing.  It's awesome we catch such small and long waves, but that means paddling that much more and all the way back out!... NOT that I'm complaining or anything!
