Fritz got wings
« on: November 03, 2018, 09:45:48 PM »
This is going to look really cool.

It's a lot more work to build this structure instead of the simple panel I was going to do, but Fritz is an art project as much as it's anything. A little more panel beating to get the curves right and then I'll tie it down to the roof.
Foote 10'4X34", SIC 17.5 V1 hollow and an EPS one in Hood River. Foote 9'0" x 31", L41 8'8", 18' Speedboard, etc. etc.

I like it, adds more whimsy to the project. I need to try more stuff like that.

Looks awesome Bill. It is becoming an original 'Van Pono' work of fictional art.
It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.

Or just "borrow" from the Chrysler building.
It takes a quiver to do that.

But something about that black tape...…….

Yeah, That needs a bit of refinement. I just got finished listening to Frank Ghery's masterclass lectures. Inspirational. Do the best work you can. That's it, that's all.
