lol! They look pretty solid on their feet!
One could go into a mall in Kansas and ask a teenager "What is a surfer looking for?, and the answer will always be, "The perfect wave"

I can't tell which witch is which. I'd say they transitioned quite well from a bunch of half ass sweepers to good looking paddlers.
It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.

It was a great event.  Started last year with maybe 3 dozen witches; this year there were hundreds.  Press coverage all over the world. The Portland Fire Bureau even showed up.

I don't know about whether the floating test is valid for identifying witches, but it actually does work to identify the gender of ants.  You put an ant in the water.  If it sinks, girl ant.  If it floats, boy ant.

WAIT !!!!!!!!!!!
Won't they melt if they fall in?

"I'm melting, I'm melting, my world, my world, you've destroyed my beautiful wickedness...…………"
It takes a quiver to do that.

I think it was some of the women/witches on the Stand Up Portland facebook group last year.  Bob was out there this year surfing boat wakes in a warlock robe.
