Starboard All Star 14x24.5 stability?

Hi,

My wife has a 12.5'x24.5" All Star that is a little too tippy for me (not by a huge amount, but definitely crosses the line to too tippy). I'm eyeing a 14'x24.5" All Star. Anyone tried both who can compare the stability of these 2 boards? I'm assuming the extra length and volume helps?? I weigh 175 lbs and have a 12.5' Bark Contender now, which is stable enough.

Considering rolling the dice on buying a board without trying so I can take advantage of end of the year sales!

I tried both about 18 months ago (and own the 14ft version myself). The 12’6 version I found a little tippy but the 14ft version I found rock solid from day 1. Go figure.

Thanks for the info! The extra volume must help. I'm gonna go for it, I got quoted a good price, especially compared to what I'd pay for a new 2019 next year.
