Found out that the limited is lighter and has the non painted all carbon nose. Essentially it’s a prod board with custom/race board construction. They evidently have a sticker on them stating they are fragile and need care and to keep out of the sun when not in use. Board bag is required for sure and be careful with it.

I think I would stay with the standard board unless racing is all I would use it for.

Unless the production has changed, the fit and finish is pretty good.

I believe the reason for no twin fins is due to cost and weight as well as most do not bother to use them.

I think the bigger reason is/was a supply issue from Larry and not being able to consistently stock them. That fact, along with lots of people just running a single fin, led Infinity to remove this option from their production line. As noted, you can still get anything you want if you go custom.
